Booking an inspection with Shepper couldn't be simpler!
1. Tell us what you need
Get in touch with a member of our Sales team and let us know what needs inspecting. We'll create a bespoke guide of exactly what you want our Shepherds to check on, focussing on any specific points that you would like reviewed.
2. We'll find a Shepherd near you
We will use our auto-allocation system to offer this inspection to the Shepherds nearest the task location. Once a Shepherd has accepted the task, our Operations team will contact them to explain your requirements.
3. The Shepherd will complete the inspection
The Shepherd will attend the asset at the pre-agreed time. The Shepherd will use our app to photograph your asset, following the given instructions and adding relevant comments and status indicators. Shepherds can also add short video clips. Once complete, the Shepherd will hit 'Send' and a report will be automatically generated.
4. We send you the completed Inspection Report
Once we have received the report, our team will check it to ensure that all requested points are covered. If everything is okay, we will then send you a URL to view the report via text or email.
