We have now released an update of the Shepper app which should resolve these issues. You can download the update from the Google Play or Apple App stores. If you are still having issues after downloading the update, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We're aware of a bug in our new Shepper app which can prevent reports from sending. This is usually due to a photo from the report becoming corrupted. There is a simple fix:
- If your report isn't sending, tap on the report to go into it and view the photos.
- See if you can locate any blank photos. These may show as completely black or completely white.
- Delete any blank photos. These are the corrupted pictures which are preventing the report from sending.
- Try sending the report again. It should now send!
If you are unable to click into the report to edit it, you may need to swipe left and tap on the red cross button. This doesn't delete the report, it just stops it sending. Once you've tapped this button, you should be able to tap into the report and check for blank photos as above.
This fix usually works but sometimes the report still won't send. Our Tech Team is working hard behind the scenes to diagnose and repair the problem. In the meantime, it would be incredibly helpful if you could fill in the below form whenever you encounter any app issues!
